Hytale dedicated servers must authenticate with Hytale services to enable API communication, access Hytale APIs, and help prevent abuse. By default, servers provided through a Game Server Provider (GSP) are authenticated using the provider’s account.

However, servers authenticated via a GSP account will not appear in future Server Discovery. If you want your server to be publicly discoverable later on, you must authenticate it using your own Hytale account.
